Do you want to implement job assignment codes?
Job assignment codes are tables that refer to job number/cost element combinations. You can use job assignment codes in the following situations.
To identify default jobs such as expense accruals for vacation or paid leave.
If you use e-xpense, to identify default jobs for use in expense distributions and unallowable expenses.
To use job assignment codes, select Implement Job Assignment on the Initialization screen. Later, after you set up job assignment codes, you can reference them in the employee record or in the organization record.
