Using alternate or multiple approvers


The fields on the Employee Details screen that designate approvers are:

You can create multiple or alternate approvers by using these two fields as well as the Manager ID field on the Org9 Setup screen, assuming that you enter a different employee ID in each field. You can set the e-timecard Initialization file to require one or more of these approvers. If you set the Initialization file to require only one approver but allow more than one, you can use the others as alternate approvers if you select them in the Initialization file.
