If you ever need to enter an employee type on any e-timecard or e-xpense screen but don't know the code, follow these steps to look it up from a list of valid codes.
To look up an employee type
If you need to look up the employee type code, click to the right of the field. The Look Up Employee Type screen appears with a list of all of your company's employee types.
If necessary, scroll to find the employee type record that you are looking for.
When you find the employee type that you are looking for, click Select to the left of the record. The previous screen reappears with the employee type that you selected added to the field.
Note that at any time while looking up a field, you can click Cancel to cancel your search, close the screen, and return to the previous screen.
