How do you use premium only earning codes?

The premium only earning class lets you exclude premium hours from time card totals. When employees charge hours to premium only earning codes, the hours do not count towards the time card’s daily or period totals, but they do count towards the job line totals.

e-timecard does not validate against the time card profile for hours charged to premium only earning codes.

e-timecard does not include hours charged to premium only earning codes in the time card’s Total Premium Hours field. It includes only those hours charged to earning codes with earning classes of premium 1, premium 2, or premium 3.
