Approver emails employees from the Approval Not Created screen
e-timecard lets approvers send email to their employees from the Approval Not Created screen. This is where approvers go to view time cards that their employees haven’t created yet.
The approver can select one or more employees from the list, then click Email Selected. An email window opens with a default message in the following format.
From: <approver’s email address from the employee master> To: <approver’s email address from the employee master> Bcc: <email address from employee master of each employee selected> Subject: (message ET8260) Missing time card (the approver can change this before sending the email) email body: (message ET8265) Missing time card message text. (the approver can change this before sending the email) |
