What is the e-timecard Initialization file?

The e-timecard Initialization file lets you establish company-wide defaults for the e-timecard application.

In some instances, your Initialization settings are absolute; for example, this is the only file where you indicate whether users can access archived time cards. Other times, you may be able to override Initialization settings in another file on a case-by-case basis. Or, you may simply turn the function “on” in the Initialization file, but you have to go to other files to implement the function for a specific org9, employee type, etc. Throughout these topics, there are hyperlinks that show you the relationships between your Initialization settings and other e-timecard files.
