If you ever need to enter a contract labor category table in a job master record and you don't know the code, follow these steps to look it up.
To look up a contract labor category table
If you need to look up the contract labor category table, click to the right of the field. The Look Up Labor Category Table (user-defined label) screen appears.
Enter labor category table search criteria if you wish.
Hints: You can enter partial information in the search field, such as A to retrieve all labor category tables that begin with the letter A, or %A to retrieve all labor category tables that contain the letter A. You can leave the search field blank to retrieve all of your company's labor category tables.
Click Search to retrieve labor category tables that match the criteria you entered. The search results appear in the bottom section of the screen, which includes a count of the number of records found.
If necessary, scroll to find the labor category table record that you are looking for.
When you find the labor category table that you are looking for, click Select to the left of the record. The Job Master screen reappears with the labor category table that you selected added to the field.
Note that at any time while looking up a field, you can click Cancel to cancel your search, close the screen, and return to the previous screen.
